Join us we are a Person-focused service provider in Australia. We are looking for Support Coordinators who make a difference to participants, we provide a friendly and flexible work environment for individuals looking to start or progress their careers in disability services.
The Roles and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Increasing the capacity and confidence of clients to navigate the NDIS system and comprehend their plan.
- Guidance in the development of life objectives and aspirations, as well as the achievement of those goals.
- Researching and connecting individuals with government-funded, as well as informal, mainstream, and community-based resources.
- Enhancing customers’ ability to form relationships, live more independently, and participate in their communities.
- Supporting participant to negotiating with providers and checking their quality.
- Providing support to families at difficult times.
- Continually evaluating services and finances, as well as looking new ways to help clients flourish.

Our ideal candidate:
- A thorough comprehension of the NDIS is required.
- Understanding of the norms governing participation planning as well as acceptable and essential aids.
- Working with persons with severe and chronic impairments, as well as complicated and numerous care requirements, requires both practical and theoretical understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as a high degree of professionalism and ethics.
- Experience delivering and designing services for persons with special needs.
- Experience with written documentation and verbal communication based on evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a client-cantered environment, enhance client capacity, and provide clients choice and control over their NDIS plans.
- Experience working with psychosocial difficulties will be a plus.
- Qualifications in psychology, mental health, and related subjects will be considered advantageous.
